We believe Kalos workshop is not a copy cat.
Our angel crunch cake is less super-spongy than the one of Maxim's as we won't add any CHEMICALS on the cake to make the effect.
You can choose the decoration cream to be sweetened or no sugar.
Kalos Angel Food cake is nice to serve with our Sponge Toffee which is included in the price.
